This week, the Hamza team focused on optimizing email campaigns, onboarding new sellers, and preparing for future promotional pushes. Efforts centered on identifying bugs, improving manual processes, and expanding content strategies to bring more buyers and sellers to the platform.

GiftCard Promotion

Another email campaign went out this week, bringing in a few more orders while successfully attracting new users to the site—showing that email remains a viable growth tactic. The campaign also revealed a list of potential bugs to fix and highlighted manual processes that can now be automated.

Next Steps:

  • Bug fixes are scheduled for the week of September 15.
  • Automation improvements will follow during the week of September 22.

Seller Onboarding – CS

Two new sellers are being onboarded manually. Additionally, a new I Ching consultation service has been created on Hamza, including both a store and product page:

Testing of this new store and product is planned for this week to ensure smooth operations.

Social Media Podcasts/Videos

A new “Bring Down the House” promo video was released for the 9.9 campaign: Watch here.

Once the Dai Ling Na store testing is complete, promotional content related to it will begin rolling out to drive engagement and sales.

Buyer and Seller Acquisition/Management

The 9.9 shopping day promo email was sent and also shared on social media resulting in multiple buyers for the week, including repeat/loyal customers.

Other activities included proofreading articles for publishing and revamping the social content calendar to align with ongoing campaigns.

Upcoming Focus:

  • Prepare a media kit for new sellers to streamline onboarding as more sellers join.
